We are seeking a Personal Injury Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Attorney on Personal Injury files, client services, Handle all aspects of Property damage.
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Greet and assist onsite guests.
- Answer inbound telephone calls.
- work with medical providers for medical collection and preparing file for attorney to review.
- work and organize Workers Compensation files and assist clients.
- Perform all other office tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration, personal Injury, Workers Compensation a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Bilingual, Spanish, excellent with written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
