Restaurant Assistant General Manager Compensation Range: 55,000.00 - 70,500.00 The Restaurant Assistant General Manager position is responsible for partnering with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless day‑to‑day operations with an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a Brand ambassador and a true second in charge, they uphold company standards, oversee cost centers and create an unparalleled and memorable experience for our guests and team members. Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service. Paid Time Off (subject to qualifications and requirements) : 0.03846 hours for each 1 hour worked. Paid holidays: Our restaurants are typically closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
