Job Description As a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Driver in Mukilteo, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.87 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:30 AM - 06:30 PMTue10:30 AM - 06:30 PMWed10:30 AM - 06:30 PMThur10:30 AM - 06:30 PMFri10:30 AM - 06:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and report access‑control concerns or suspicious activity to appropriate site contacts. Document patrol observations, incidents, and other security‑related activities accurately and in accordance with site and Allied Universal reporting requirements. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
