Your role in our mission This is an important position in Gainwell's commitment to helping clients deliver better health and human services outcomes. Answers telephone calls using an automated system and responds to basic and moderately complex provider questions and/or forwards call to appropriate personnel. Conducts outbound calls to resolve written provider requests/inquiries. Processes member updates for audit and reporting purposes and verifies the accuracy of the updates. Adheres to the client's SLAs and consistently meets production targets. Communicates with team personnel, management, and customers in reference to customer service issues. What we're looking for Healthcare/Medicaid work experience is a plus Outstanding customer service with call center background is a plus Knowledge of basic helpdesk software, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications Strong communication skills both written and verbal Ability to multitask, work independently, and follow verbal and written directions What you should expect in this role This is a hybrid work environment for Tucker, GA Work hours are 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST. Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation. Assessment Requirement : Candidates will be required to complete a skills and competency assessment before advancing to the next stage of the selection process. The pay range for this position is $29,100.00 - $41,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
