*Pay Rate:* $22/hr
*Schedules Range:* Sun-Sat, between the hours of 11:30am - 12am CST (5 day work week, 8 hr days)
*Start Dates: *September 28th, October 13th and October 19th
*Description*

* To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation.
* Provide information regarding Client's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.
* Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts.
* Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.
*Qualifications:*

* Proficiency in Computer Literacy, Customer Service Skills and Typing Speed (Assessments will be Required)
* HS Diploma/GED Equivalent minimum
* MUST be able to have a hard-wired connection to router in home workspace
* No Time Off during training

*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.75 - $20.75/hr.
