Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager located in Allen, TX. The General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, budgeting, and maintaining high standards of customer service. This individual will be responsible for achieving financial targets through effective profit and loss management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive team environment. The role also involves strategic hiring, training, and development of team members while adhering to company values and brand standards. Qualifications Proficiency in P&L Management and Budgeting to optimize financial performance and meet operational goals Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to enhance the dining experience and foster patron loyalty Experience in Hiring, training, and managing a team to uphold quality standards and maintain a collaborative working environment Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage restaurant operations efficiently Proven ability to handle fast-paced environments and resolve challenges professionally Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational compliance Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality industry #J-18808-Ljbffr The Blue Fish
