Territory Sales Manager - DC/DE/MD/VA

Becton Dickinson seeks a Territory Sales Manager for Targeted Temperature Management products across DC, DE, MD, and VA. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, conducting product demonstrations, and building clinical relationships within hospital Critical Care settings.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales revenue to exceed established priorities and revenue targets within territory
- Develop new business opportunities and build sustainable strategic relationships with key accounts
- Conduct product demonstrations, customer education sessions, and in-service trainings
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual plans aligned with revenue targets
- Deliver sales training to field sales employees and channel partners as requested
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of sales experience and demonstrated sales success
- Valid state-issued driver's license and compliance with BD auto safety standards
- Experience calling on hospital, office, and clinical settings in Critical Care Units
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to stay current on products, programs, and competitive landscape
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across diverse healthcare stakeholders
- Graduate degree preferred
