The Oaks at Hampton is hiring! Hiring for the following shift: 3:00p-11:00p Position Summary: The care partner will provide personalized care and services to residents, uphold the mission of Oaks Senior Living, and promote the well-being of the residents. Care partners will assist and support residents with activities of daily living in a professional, kind, and caring manner. Qualifications: Experience in caregiving to older adults is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Desire to work with older adults. Friendly, caring disposition. Must be 18 years of age. Must pass a satisfactory criminal history check. Must have a physical exam by a licensed physician. Must have a negative drug screen. Primary Responsibilities: Respond promptly to resident calls. Assist with resident activities and encourage participation. Encourage residents to attend meals in the dining room. Escort residents to and from the dining room. Assist with serving meals and meet individual needs and preferences. Observe and report changes in residents' appetite and ability to eat and drink. Help clean the dining area after meals. Assist with cleaning and tidying residents' rooms or apartments. Support residents with showers, toileting, dressing, and grooming tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
