Account Executive, Mid Market

To drive sales growth in the mid-market sector, the full-time remote Account Executive will develop, manage, and close sales opportunities while exceeding individual software quota targets and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Develop, manage, and close a pipeline of qualified leads to achieve sales targets Own the full sales cycle from outreach to negotiation and close, driving new annual recurring revenue (ARR) Build deep account insights to identify customer pain points and expansion opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction Required qualifications 4+ years of successful software sales experience, particularly in CRM, Sales Enablement, or Marketing Automation Proven ability to generate pipeline and exceed sales targets through a multi-threaded approach Experience driving expansion conversations and growing underutilized customer accounts Strong customer-facing presence with effective negotiation skills across Mid Market and Enterprise accounts Proficient with Salesforce and modern sales tools such as Clari, Gong, and LinkedIn
