Pay Rate: Up to $29/hr W2

Job Type: Contract

Start Date: June 22, 2026

End Date: June 22, 2027 (1 year)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm | 40 hours per week | Hybrid - 10% onsite as needed

About the Role:

SunSoft Online is seeking an experienced Management Analyst 3 to support the Education and Compliance division. This is a hybrid contract role requiring occasional onsite presence at Phoenix AZ 85007 for orientation, team building, and special projects.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business operations, workflows, and processes to identify improvements
  
• Develop reports, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership
  
• Support compliance and education initiatives within the department
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  
• Document processes and prepare written analysis and reports
  
• Work with state tax systems and compliance programs preferred
  

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of management analysis experience
  
• Google Workspace OR Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - must appear on resume or will be rejected
  
• Strong analytical, written, and communication skills
  
• Bachelor's degree preferred
  
• Experience working with state taxes preferred
