Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with vendors to optimize analytical solutions and data outputs.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and validation of vendor-provided leads.
• Manage lead lists through various workstreams for effective processing.
• Support the implementation of compliance campaigns for remote sellers.
• Identify and propose new compliance campaign opportunities.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
• Serve as a liaison between the organization and vendors, ensuring smooth communication.
• Ensure data integrity and campaign effectiveness through consistent validation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) years of management analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Security clearance required.

Preferences:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in tax-related service and administration.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of compliance processes and regulations related to remote sellers or e-commerce.
• Previous experience in continuous improvement/LEAN methodologies.
