We are looking for a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to join our team at the Colbert County Jail.If you're an experienced RN who enjoys autonomy, clinical leadership, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day, this could be the perfect fit.What You’ll DoAs the Medical Team Administrator, you'll help oversee the day-to-day delivery of healthcare services within the facility while working alongside a dedicated correctional healthcare team.Your responsibilities will include:Provide and oversee direct patient care within the facilityCoordinate and support daily clinical operationsSupervise and collaborate with nursing and medical staffEnsure quality patient care and adherence to established policies and proceduresComplete assessments, medication administration, treatments, and other nursing duties as neededCommunicate with providers, facility leadership, and the healthcare teamMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationHelp ensure the medical department operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standardsWhy You'll Love Working With UsCorrectional healthcare gives you the opportunity to practice nursing in a setting where your skills, judgment, and compassion truly matter.No hospital chaos.
