We are seeking a leader who will build ownership and lead process improvement for sustainable value-added services.ResponsibilitiesDaily Administrative Oversight: Manage non-clinical and support departments—such as environmental services (EVS), patient transport, supply chain, and facilities maintenance. [Budget and Finance: Develop and monitor operational budgets, track revenue margins, manage capital expenditures, and look for cost-saving efficiencies.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the facility meets state, federal, and healthcare accreditation standards, including safety and privacy rules like HIPAA and OSHA.Process and Quality Improvement: Analyze performance data to streamline workflows, reduce patient wait times, and improve overall patient satisfaction.Cross-Departmental Leadership: Collaborate with the hospital leaders, nursing directors, and medical staff to align daily activities with hospital-wide strategic goals.Workforce Management: Oversee department managers, support recruitment and training, monitor staffing plans, and evaluate team productivity.EducationMasters Level Degree - (Required)CertificationsCertified Healthcare Operations Professional (CHOP) - Basic or Advanced - (Preferred)Experience5 years leadership experience in Acute Care setting - (Required)Facilities and Plant Operations experience - (Preferred)Experience with hospital space planning and large capital projects - (Preferred)We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $146,702.40 - $228,966.40 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
