Medium and Heavy Duty Grants and Fleet Support Analyst - Program Analyst 2

Responsibilities Support the implementation of Oregon’s Volkswagen (VW) Environmental Mitigation Fund Support the Medium- and Heavy-Duty Vehicle Grants and Incentives team in carrying out day-to-day operations Provide technical expertise and assistance to eligible fund recipients Support fleet transition planning and implementation Monitor and evaluate program progress to ensure grant funded projects meet emissions reductions, timelines, and agency goals Requirements 5 years of experience coordinating or administering a program Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, behavioral or social sciences, environmental science, or a closely related field may substitute for 3 of the required years of experience Master’s degree in business or public administration, behavioral or social sciences, environmental science, or a closely related field may substitute for 4 of the required years of experience Doctorate degree in business or public administration, behavioral or social sciences, environmental science, or a closely related field may substitute for 5 of the required years of experience Demonstrated understanding of environmental justice and the historical impacts for marginalized and underrepresented communities Experience analyzing data and financial information to oversee implementation of various aspects of a program Experience working with medium- and heavy-duty vehicle fleets Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings and building and fostering relationships with a diverse group of partners Experience conducting in-depth evaluations of program operations Strong interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
