Responsibilities The Senior Budgeting Analyst / Budgeting Analyst Trainee position in the Office of Children and Family Services manages the state operations budget for childcare programs. Responsibilities include budget development, implementation, and monitoring; coordinating with program staff; preparing fiscal analyses; and ensuring compliance with federal and state funding sources. This is a full-time permanent role based in Rensselaer, NY, working in a fast-paced team environment with telecommuting available at supervisor discretion.
