TPI Hospitality is seeking a friendly and professional Barista to serve food and beverages while providing an exceptional guest experience. This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service, and a passion for hospitality.
Position: PT Barista
Location: Courtyard Maple Grove
Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00a-9:30 am
Pay: $15 + Tips
Key Responsibilities
- Review upcoming activities to anticipate busy and slow periods.
- Stock food, coffee, and beverage supplies.
- Follow opening and closing procedures for tills at the start and end of shifts.
- Ring up items accurately, compute bills, collect payment, and provide change as needed.
- Take and fill customer orders promptly and courteously.
- Serve meals, salads, and beverages to patrons as required.
- Greet guests warmly and introduce yourself by name.
- Maintain knowledge of beverages, food items, and daily specials.
- Ensure all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age.
- Train new associates as directed.
- Practice responsible alcohol service following TPI Hospitality Alcohol Awareness Program.
- Clean and organize work area at the end of the shift according to checklist.
- Communicate issues, concerns, complaints, compliments, and suggestions to management.
- Support TPI Hospitality's Mission, Vision, philosophy, policies, and procedures.
