We are seeking a hands-on Sales Engineer to lead our cabinet product line dedicated to the specialty vehicle and service/work van market. This role combines sales leadership, product expertise, and market insight. As the representative for this product category, you will enhance customer relationships, drive new business opportunities, and lead successful product launches that align with the industry's evolving needs.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Drive new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Lead product launches to meet industry demands and trends.
• Manage projects and coordinate with the team to ensure successful execution.
• Design solutions tailored to customer requirements and market needs.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in project management and project coordination.
• Experience as a Sales Engineer.
• Strong capability in managing projects and designing solutions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience as a mechanic or a strong enthusiasm for cars.

Work Environment

The role is based in an office setting where you will manage customer relationships and lead the team responsible for the cabinet product line. Our workplace offers a unique product line and a great company culture, with recent growth highlighted by a newly built manufacturing plant nearby.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Schofield, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
