Automotive Service Advisor

Responsibilities: • Address customer concerns and conduct thoughtful follow-up to ensure they are happy with repair work • Relay relevant automotive technology and product knowledge to explain necessary repairs to customers scheduling service appointments • Arrange for timely vehicle pick-up at the dealership following the completion of work orders • Schedule appointments for service technicians • Draft and review service contract coverage, warranty protections, cost estimates, work orders, and other documents for necessary repairs by service technicians Qualifications: • Possess a valid, state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer programs is necessary • Previous experience working as a service technician or in a service department a plus • Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed Compensation: 57000 - 64500 yearly
