Minimum Job Requirements

5+ years of residential and/or commercial HVAC experience required. NATE certified technicians given preference, but not required
Technical school or higher education
Ability to read, analyze and interpret wiring schematics, drawings and specifications as well as product data
Conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot system malfunctions or failures
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Detail oriented and pride in workmanship
Reliable and punctual
Self-motivated with ability to produce independently and as a part of a team
Valid Ohio drivers license with clean driving record
Drug and background check prior to hire

We prefer our applicants to be within a 15 mile radius of North Royalton.
