Workflow Automation Manager

Responsibilities Lead end-to-end workflow automation, from process discovery through to deployment and continuous optimisation Build and develop a high-performing automation team, setting clear priorities and supporting ongoing capability growth Deliver scalable automation solutions using business process management and robotic process automation technologies Identify and prioritise high-value automation opportunities with cross-functional stakeholders Drive measurable efficiency improvements by reducing manual effort and accelerating workflow cycle times Ensure automation solutions meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, and architectural alignment Allocate resources effectively to deliver automation initiatives aligned to business priorities and strategic goals Promote a culture of innovation, rapid delivery, and continuous improvement supported by AI-enabled tools Collaborate across teams to translate complex processes into automation-ready workflows Embed a team-first mindset to foster collaboration, accountability, and shared ownership Qualifications (Essential) 8+ years delivering workflow automation initiatives from design through to optimisation 3+ years of people leadership experience Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to influence across functions/seniority levels Experience analysing and redesigning complex processes and delivering BPM and RPA solutions at scale Proven ability to manage resources and deliver time-bound priorities in a matrixed environment Practical understanding of AI capabilities in workflow automation Curiosity-driven mindset for continuous improvement Experience in life sciences/pharmaceuticals or similarly complex, regulated environments Qualifications (Desirable) Formal training in PM methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, CSM) Experience in pharmaceutical drug discovery or scientific research environments Benefits Expected salary range: $152,600-283,400/year; performance-based cash incentive; potential annual equity awards; comprehensive US benefits including health/life/disability, 401(k) with match, and paid time off. #J-18808-Ljbffr
