About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join their team. This Principal-level role is a trusted strategic advisor and gatekeeper to the Enterprise Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of priorities, efficient decision-making, and the seamless execution of initiatives and strategic priorities. This includes managing the SVP/President's agenda, collaborating on cross-functional projects, preparing briefing materials, and overseeing follow-ups. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in decisions related to the implementation of new or updated programs, large-scale projects, and supporting technical or operational procedures and processes. The role requires a deep understanding of how organizational capabilities interrelate and the ability to provide input into the function's strategy. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should be prepared to make a significant impact. While the role is fully remote, there is a travel requirement of around 30%.
