Bring your well-rounded expertise in both school-based and healthcare-related OT as you help students achieve their potential. A weekly schedule of 37.5 hours provides structure while allowing meaningful engagement with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.


Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with current credentials
• Prior experience in school settings, pediatric care, or home health strongly preferred
• Familiarity with PreK-8th populations and their developmental needs
• Skill in IEP development, goal setting, and data-driven intervention planning
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and deliver occupational therapy services to PreK-8th grade students in educational environments
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other support professionals to design interventions that ensure students' academic and functional success
• Document progress, maintain compliance with all regulatory and district requirements, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Adapt therapeutic approaches for in-school and (if needed) home-based settings, focusing on student-specific goals such as fine/gross motor skills, daily living, and sensory integration
• Foster a supportive, inclusive atmosphere where all students can thrive
