School Occupational Therapist - Laurel Hill, North Carolina

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure and credentials required
• Previous experience in school-based and/or pediatric therapy preferred
• Background in home health or related healthcare OT settings highly valued
• Confidence in developing and delivering IEP goals, as well as collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students in PreK-8th grade
• Conduct assessments and contribute to the development and monitoring of IEPs
• Adapt interventions for diverse learning needs in classroom and home environments
• Engage families and educators to support student progress and carry-over of strategies
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of services rendered
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and school-based initiatives as needed
