The position will have exposure to senior management and be a critical contributor to our growth strategy.What You'll Do:Key Responsibilities - Systems, Data & Territory OperationsSystems & Platform Management: Administer RevOps systems (Clay, ZoomInfo, RingLead), manage user access, document approval workflows, and oversee AI-driven data enrichment and importsTerritory Planning & Account Distribution: Execute weekly account distributions, manage user profiles and workflow automation, rebalance coverage gaps across regions, and handle new-hire territory assignments for AEs and BDRsData Quality & Governance: Maintain account hierarchy accuracy, resolve data conflicts between systems, conduct audits, set up validation rules, and track data quality KPIs/scorecardsAnalytics, Enablement & Cross-Functional CollaborationReporting & Insights: Build dashboards for sales leadership to track territory coverage, AE capacity, account penetration, BDR productivity, and regional sales performance (NAM, UK/EMEA, APJ)Sales Support & Enablement: Serve as first-line RevOps support, manage hierarchy/account ownership adjustments, support PLG, and deliver training/documentation for sales teamsCross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing (ABM alignment), Finance (headcount/productivity planning), and BizApps on system configurations and business reviewsWhat You Have:Experience: 3–5 years in RevOps or Sales Operations across global regions, with a proven track record of owning end-to-end process improvements, territory planning, and multi-system managementTechnical Stack: Advanced Salesforce proficiency, hands-on Clay experience (data enrichment/workflows), account enrichment & deduplication tools (ZoomInfo, RingLead)Core Traits: Exceptional attention to detail, strong root-cause analytical skills, clear cross-functional communication, proactive problem-solving, and robust project management abilitiesNice To Have:Advanced Clay expertise including API integrationsExperience with AI-driven data enrichment and Gemini APISalesforce Apex, Process Builder, or Flow knowledgeM&A integration or large-scale data migration experienceSlack workflow automation or integration experienceSalary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year plus additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.Benefits (Perks):Medical, Dental and Vision insuranceUnlimited responsible PTOFlexible work hoursParental LeaveTechnology StipendOffice only catered lunch every Thursday, a healthy snack bar, and great coffee to keep you fueled.Flexible spending accounts and 401(k)An employee-led culture team that plans inclusive events- meaning time together and other events to celebrate our many successes!An established company with a cool, high-velocity work ethos, where each person can make a difference!impact.com is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
