Supervisory Medical Support Assistant

Job Title
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Extract and analyze data in order to provide reports in support of performance measures to senior management.
- Monitor secure messages to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of responses.
- Complete clinic cancellations within the timeframe set forth by the local facility and create new or format existing clinics for individual services.
- Assist with clinic access contingency plans by adjusting provider schedules and patient appointments, avoiding staffing conflicts.
- Responsible for new employee orientation and is part of a team that conducts comprehensive training for new employees.
- Responsible for recall reminder clinics being utilized and monitored for delinquencies.
Work schedule: Monday-Friday; 6:30am-3:00pm
