Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate - Salisbury, MD

Signature Retail Services is hiring a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate in the Salisbury, MD market! This role offers a flexible schedule of about 25–30 hours per week, paying $17.00–$19.00 per hour . What You'll Do

• Travel independently throughout your assigned territory using your personal vehicle to service store locations.
• Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.
• Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays.
• Down-stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and keep products fully stocked and customer-ready.
• Partner with store personnel to check inventory levels, flag replenishment needs, and place product orders as needed.
• Be the go-to product expert for store associates and customers.
• Represent Signature Retail Services and our client partners professionally in every store you visit.
• Manage your schedule so visits and projects are completed on time, every time.
• Communicate promptly about attendance, scheduling, or anything that could affect a store visit.

Your Territory

This route services store locations in Lewes, Seaford, Millsboro, Milford (DE), and Salisbury, Berlin, Easton, Pocomoke City (MD), and surrounding areas. Regular travel throughout the territory is essential for this role.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Located within approximately 30 minutes of the assigned territory.
• A valid driver's license and current auto insurance, with you listed as an insured driver.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle to travel between store locations on your route.
• A smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access for daily communication and reporting.
• Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required - we offer paid weekday training for motivated candidates.
• This is a physically active role that requires frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and climbing rolling staircases or step ladders to retrieve and stock products. You'll also regularly lift and move products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance .
