TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Charleston, South Carolina, 29425!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years of Med Surg Experience required. License: South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN License required. Certifications: BLS required. Must-Have: - Epic charting experience. - Charge experience preferred. Description: This position is for a Medical Surgical/Clinical Decision Unit Registered Nurse. The shift will be from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Rotating shifts might be required. Every other weekend or four weekend shifts per month are required. Holiday rotation is also required. Patient ratios will be 1:5. Floating within scope may be required to meet facility needs. The unit serves as a short stay unit to care for various patient populations. The role is focused on providing quality care for patients admitted from the emergency department and those requiring observation. The nurse will be responsible for assessing patients, planning, implementing, and evaluating care. Candidates must have experience with direct patient care and managing diverse diagnoses. Knowledge of specific medical procedures and equipment is essential. This role is suitable for those looking to expand their skills in a dynamic environment.
