Inside Sales Manager

Building and leading a new inside sales function, the full-time remote Inside Sales Manager will develop sales strategies, establish processes, and manage a team of Enrollment Advisors to convert inbound marketing leads into enrolled participants across Pennsylvania and Virginia. Key Responsibilities Lead and coach a team of Enrollment Advisors, conducting daily coaching sessions and monitoring performance metrics Design and implement the inside sales playbook, including call guides and objection handling processes Own and report on conversion metrics, ensuring effective tracking and optimization of lead management Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field, or substantial professional experience in lieu of a degree Experience in complex, consultative sales, particularly in healthcare or related fields Proven ability to build and enforce structured sales processes and metrics Strong CRM proficiency and ability to define system requirements for sales operations Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment, capable of managing ambiguity while building processes
