Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to accurately diagnose and evaluate their mental health status, utilizing recognized tools and methodologies such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Create individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's unique needs, taking into account cultural diversity and any special requirements of the patient population.

• Monitor patient progress regularly, implementing effective interventions that support their mental health treatment goals and adjusting care strategies as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous treatment records and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, employing current technologies to facilitate accurate and timely reporting.

• Work collaboratively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to establish and navigate a comprehensive treatment plan.

• Provide education and mentoring to trainees, interns, and new team members to promote professional development and clinical excellence.

• Engage in peer-to-peer review and team collaborations under the guidance of your clinical supervisor to continually enhance service delivery and support team member growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
