Sales Manager

Ford of Corinth is seeking a dynamic and motivating Sales Manager to lead our dedicated sales team in Corinth, MS. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire, guide, and hire top talent to drive sales success and provide exceptional customer experiences. As Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving our sales goals, developing sales strategies, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales personnel to build a high-performing team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to optimize performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure superior customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance team skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Strong hiring and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
