General Sales Manager

As the General Sales Manager, you will lead and oversee the sales team to drive revenue growth and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will develop sales strategies, manage daily operations, and collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Create and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
Manage sales operations and ensure smooth workflow within the department.
Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Requirements

Proven experience in automotive sales management or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
Proficiency with sales software and CRM tools is a plus.
Location: Corinth, MS or willing to relocate.
