DescriptionRobert Half Direct Hire is partnering with a globally recognized professional services organization in the search for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join their growing HR and Total Rewards team. This is an excellent opportunity for a compensation professional who enjoys analytics, partnering with leadership, and supporting sophisticated compensation programs within a large corporate environment.The Compensation & Benefits Analyst will support compensation planning, market analysis, incentive administration, and benefits analytics across a multi-state employee population. The ideal candidate will bring approximately 4+ years of compensation analysis experience within a larger company environment and possess strong analytical and Excel skills.This role is highly visible and will partner closely with HR leadership, finance, and operational business leaders to support strategic compensation initiatives and ensure competitive, equitable pay practices.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze compensation data, salary structures, market trends, and benchmarking surveysSupport annual merit, bonus, and compensation planning processesConduct internal equity reviews, compensation studies, and job evaluationsAssist with salary grade structures and incentive compensation analysisPartner with HR leadership and managers on compensation recommendations and workforce planningPrepare compensation analytics, reporting, dashboards, and leadership presentationsSupport benefits analysis and administration including healthcare, retirement, and wellness programsAssist with benefits renewals, vendor analysis, and employee communicationsEnsure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations and internal policiesMaintain accurate HRIS and compensation data integrityParticipate in process improvement initiatives and special HR projectsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field4+ years of compensation analysis experience within a mid-sized or large organizationExperience supporting broad-based compensation programs and salary benchmarkingExposure to benefits administration and benefits analytics preferredAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills requiredExperience with HRIS systems and compensation platformsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionCCP certification or progress toward certification is a plusWhy This Opportunity?Stable and highly respected global organizationStrong executive leadership and collaborative cultureHigh visibility role with growth potentialCompetitive compensation and incentive packageHybrid schedule with remote FridaysExcellent benefits and long-term career development opportunitiesPlease contact Chuck Bustos with Robert Half at View phone number on click.appcast.io (phone/text) for more information and / or apply here for immediate consideration!
