SRE / Application Support - Hedge Fund - Market Data

Overview My client, a technology-driven trading firm, is looking for a SRE / Application Support Engineer to join a tight-knit team supporting sophisticated market data and compliance tooling. You'll work closely with developers to keep a complex data pipeline running smoothly. Day-to-day that means monitoring and troubleshooting production jobs, investigating data issues (including getting into the code when needed), and responding to a manageable volume of user queries. The tech stack is modern: AWS, Kafka, Kubernetes, Java, Python, HDF5, Argo. Responsibilities Monitor and troubleshoot production jobs to keep data pipelines running smoothly. Investigate data issues, including debugging code when needed. Respond to a manageable volume of user queries. Collaborate with developers to maintain and improve tooling for market data and compliance.
