SUMMARY

Leads treasury analysis for KPC Health’s multi-hospital system: cash and liquidity, forecasting, debt and investment support, payment monitoring, financial risk and treasury reporting. Applies AFP treasury practices to protect liquidity, strengthen controls and support sound financial decisions. A core mandate is automating and streamlining treasury tasks and systems, replacing manual, spreadsheet-driven work with integrated, controlled processes. Builds strong partnerships with banks and treasury vendors, and works closely with Accounting, AP, Revenue Cycle, Payroll, Tax, Legal, IT and operating leadership.

Role boundaries. This is an analytical treasury role, not a bank-administration or accounting role. Bank account opening and closing, signer and entitlement maintenance, know-your-customer administration, bank reconciliations, general-ledger accounting, and journal-entry preparation or posting remain with the designated Accounting teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field; equivalent experience considered
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, cash management, liquidity analysis, FP&A or banking analysis (5+ preferred)
• Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation, financial modeling) and Power Query; Power BI or a similar reporting tool
• Demonstrated record of automating or streamlining finance or treasury processes, such as TMS configuration, bank connectivity, ERP integration or report automation
• Experience with treasury management systems, bank portals, ERP reporting tools and electronic payment data
• Working knowledge of cash forecasting, liquidity management, payment controls, debt and investments, and financial risk with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with banks, vendors and internal stakeholders
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication under competing deadlines

• CTP (AFP), or working to obtain
• Healthcare or complex multi-entity experience
• Bank API, host-to-host or SFTP connectivity experience
• Workflow automation tools (Power Automate, UiPath or similar), VBA, SQL or Python
