Fifth Avenue Club Advisor

Salary Range $10.00 - $25.00* WHO WE ARE Saks Fifth Avenue is a leading destination for luxury fashion, founded in 1924. It delivers one‑of‑a‑kind shopping experiences, combining digital and in‑store service across 14 locations in North America. YOU WILL BE Under the direction of the Suite Manager, Fifth AvenueClub, the Fashion Consultant drives their personal shopping business by providing outstanding service, establishing new accounts, and driving overall sales volume. WHAT YOU WILL DO Maintain a high level of customer service and develop excellent client relationships. Initiate and use club events to recruit new clients, increase sales, and develop existing clients. Generate and share ideas with the club team to develop your business opportunities and maximize sales to meet or exceed goals. Use Saks' online client resource tools to record and maintain client information and preferences to support your business. Source product for client appointments through multiple inventory networks including flagship stores, the digital "endless aisle," and distribution centers. Engage with clients and perform basic alterations and fittings with guidance from our Alterations Director. Maintain a digital presence to attract new clientele and promote your business traditionally and through social media selling. Serve as the community and brand ambassador on behalf of Saks Fifth Avenue. Perform ad‑hoc responsibilities as needed. WHAT YOU WILL BRING Minimum of 3 years of retail experience in a customer‑focused luxury sales environment. Experience with luxury fashion and lifestyle merchandise. Experience working with sales quotas and comfort meeting sales targets in a commission‑based selling environment. Established network or client base on multiple social media platforms, and ability to support business digitally through content creation. Experience executing events.
