Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM; No weekends. Pay: From $24.00 per hour; pay commensurate with experience and skills. Benefits start the first of the month following 60 days of employment Health and wellness benefits eligibility, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, company-paid short/long term disability, life insurance, and more 80 hours (prorated for first year) paid time off (PTO), 120 hours the next year Essential Duties and Responsibilities Customer Service Communicate with customers via email, telephone, and text. Respond to customer inquiries. Take or make calls to customers when Account Managers are unavailable. Assess customer problems; resolve issues and provide solutions or escape to the appropriate person. Provide customer feedback to Sales management. Administrative Processes Enter orders for select assigned accounts. Assist with processing or completing orders during peak periods. Maintain accurate customer information in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) database. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and customer base Computer literate, with proficiency of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word). Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in Customer Service/Sales/Office Administration.
