As a Member Experience/Service Ambassador , you’ll deliver top‑notch service for CLEAR members and travelers—greeting passengers, verifying membership and identification, guiding them through the CLEAR process, and resolving issues with empathy and urgency. Responsibilities Delight Members & Travelers: Provide warm, proactive assistance in the CLEAR lanes—greeting, wayfinding, answering questions, and creating memorable interactions. Verify & Escort: Warmly welcome and verify CLEAR Members, guiding them smoothly and safely through their journey. Resolve Issues: Triage and resolve member concerns, loop in support teams when needed, and follow through to find a resolution. Keep Operations Flowing: Ensure lane readiness (signage, equipment, cleanliness), guide smooth member flow, and provide clear, proactive communication throughout the experience. Educate & Inform: Share information about CLEAR benefits and services. Operate Safely & Compliantly: Follow security protocols, accurately verify documents, and uphold airport and company safety procedures. Open availability for shifts, including weekends/holidays. Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day. Successful completion of airport badging and government screening, including a drug test.
