Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at our detox center, your key responsibilities will include:

• Administering various therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to clients' needs and treatment goals.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards in patient care.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate comprehensive care and optimize treatment efficacy.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance clinical practices and outcomes.

• Educating and supporting patients and their families regarding mental health challenges, potential treatment pathways, and local community resources for ongoing support.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
