BAYADA at Inspira Home Health We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full‑time position performing home health visits for our Salem County office. The office services clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout Salem County, NJ. Registered Nurse (RN) Benefits Paid holidays, vacation and sick leave Vision, dental and medical health plans Employer‑paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Direct deposit and employee assistance program Training and scholarship opportunities Career tracks and advancement opportunities Recognition programs and referral bonuses Mileage reimbursement Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities Follow designated care plans in accordance with patient needs Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories Administer medication, wound care, treatments and procedures as assigned Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager Execute and properly document doctors' orders Perform client assessments as necessary Coordinate case management and client care Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN) Current license as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience Graduation from an accredited nursing program, evidenced by transcript or diploma Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong interpersonal skills Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred Ability to travel to cases as assigned Additional Information Base Pay is $50.00–$55.00 per point, subject to negotiation.
