Primary Care Physician – Primary Care Group Primary Care Physician needed for industry leading Primary Care Group in Coconut Creek, FL. Specialty: Primary Care, Family Practice, General Practice or Internist Type of Position: Permanent Full Time Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9AM- 6PM) with 1 hour break and 1 hour admin time. Start Date: 45-60 days Facility Type: Clinic Clinical Setting: Outpatient Patients Per day: Average of 18-23 per day. Adults only. Support Staff: Advanced practice providers and Medical Assistants Credentialing Time Frame: 30-45 days Location: Tampa, FL Licensing Requirements: Active FL medical license or IMLC compact licensure Board Certification: American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Willing to accept J1 or H1 visa candidates? No visa or ACN candidates Compensation: Base Salary $235,000 + annual bonus of 16.67% of salary Benefits Offered: Paid malpractice with Tail, Life insurance, relocation assistance, Health savings account, Medical, PTO (18-37 days annually) 401k and CME allowance of $2000/year.
