Who We Are: Physio Performance is an orthopedic and sports physical therapy clinic serving Tacoma and the South Sound. We help athletes, active adults, and youth get back to doing what they love through movement analysis, manual therapy, strength training, and performance-based care. Our therapists have access to a fully equipped training space with barbells, kettlebells, Pilates Reformers, and more—because we believe strength belongs in rehabilitation. Why Physio Performance? Salary & Benefits: Base Pay Range: $85,000-110,000 annual pay (full-time) Exact compensation will vary based on skills and experience Continuing education allowance PT License Paid time off Paid Holidays Minimum Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education Current Washington State Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status) Demonstrate strong clinical skills with the ability to treat a variety of diagnoses Exhibit excellent communication skills with both patients and fellow staff members #J-18808-Ljbffr
