Remote AI Trainer - Biology Expert (India)

We are seeking knowledgeable and detail-oriented **Biology Experts** based in India to join our team as remote **LLM (Large Language Model) Biology Trainers**. In this role, you will help train, evaluate, and improve cutting-edge AI models by reviewing biological content, creating training datasets, and ensuring scientific accuracy.

This is a 100% remote, flexible freelance position perfect for postgraduate students, researchers, or professionals with a strong background in life sciences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Evaluate AI Responses:** Review, rate, and fact-check complex biology-related outputs generated by AI models for accuracy, clarity, and scientific relevance.
* **Data Generation:** Write high-quality prompt-and-response pairs involving complex biological concepts, theories, and problem-solving.
* **Fact-Checking & Annotation:** Identify factual errors, logical fallacies, or outdated scientific data in AI outputs and provide detailed, corrected explanations.
* **Quality Assurance:** Ensure the tone, depth, and terminology used meet professional and academic scientific standards.

**Requirements:**

* **Academic Background:** Master’s degree (M.Sc.), Ph.D., or final-year postgraduate students in **Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Genetics,** or a closely related life sciences field.
* **Language Proficiency:** Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
* **Analytical Skills:** Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to explain complex scientific concepts simply and clearly.
* **Technical Setup:** A reliable laptop/PC, a stable high-speed internet connection, and familiarity with online collaboration tools.
