Dental Hygienist

Fee-For-Service(No insurance Participation) General Dental Office looking for a full-time or part-time Hygienist

We have a Fee-For-Service(No Insurance Participation) office that focuses on comprehensive, quality care. We have a full periodontal program that is implemented within our hygiene department. We would love to incorporate a new hygienist into our practice and train them on the newest techniques with lasers and modern hygiene therapies. We strive to have a seamless experience for our patients. In order to do that we have bi-weekly meetings(that staff is paid for) in which we discuss our systems and patients. We have a newly renovated office. We allow our hygienists to dictate how much time they need for each patient.

Pay

$50~$55 per hour

We offer a base salary of $50-55/hour and additional compensation for production bonuses.

Job description:
We are looking to add a dental hygienist to our fee-for-service office, Gialanella Family Dentistry, in Albany, NY.
Our office accepts no insurance plans. We focus solely on patient-centered quality care. Our hygienists use the most current techniques and are allowed to spend as much time as needed with their patients.
Ideally we would like a full-time applicant. Our office is ideal for a hygienist who wants to use their training to provide the highest level of care for their patients. We are a growing, two dentist practice. Our practice has been in existence for 20 years. Recently we fully renovated our office.

We are looking to add a hygienist 4 days a week but we would also be interested in meeting hygienists looking for part time.
