Inside Sales Representative

Overview You’re applying to join our Print Sales Team , where you’ll be selling ad space in our exclusive publication, The Upscale Life Magazine . This nationwide magazine is published quarterly and distributed across 40 to 50 markets, spanning cities from San Diego and Las Vegas to Virginia Beach and Boca Raton . In this role, you’ll connect with small to medium-sized business owners, partnering with them to grow their visibility and reach more customers through our targeted print and digital marketing solutions. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calling to potential customers, introducing products and services effectively. Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth. Communicate product knowledge clearly to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Familiarity with Ring Central or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
