IT Coordinator

Job TitleDuties & Responsibilities:Coordinate with departments on equipment and technical resource allocationTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hardware or software issues, and install updates or applicationsManage technical issues and account provisioning through Helpdesk ticketing system in accordance to JSOX requirements.Maintain the computer network, servers, and perform routine system backupsRespond promptly and accurately to customers' complaints, inquiries and requests for information and coordinate the appropriate follow up activitiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.High School Diploma3-5 years working with business applicationsMinimum of 1 year experience in computer technical support in a Windows environmentUnderstanding of network concepts including VLANs, Subnetting, Packet Capture, WLAN and troubleshootingIntermediate knowledge of Windows Domain services (DNS, Active Directory, and DHCP), Cisco Networks, and SQL ServerBasic knowledge of VMware and virtual environmentsExperience with ERP systemsOne of the following certifications required: MCSE, CCNA or CompTIA Server+Advanced systems analysis skills with a strong background in applying networking conceptsAbility to manage time effectively with multiple priorities and minimal supervisionStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong problem solving skillsProven skills in organizing and documenting processes and proceduresEnvironmental and Physical Demands:The environmental conditions and physical demands described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
