Social Media Marketing Intern

If you want creative influence and to do real work that affects real people, this is a great opportunity. OrthoNOW is a specialized orthopedic urgent care helping Miami patients with fractures, sprains, sports injuries, back and neck pain, and other muscle and joint problems. Most people still do not know this type of specialty walk-in care exists. We want your help changing that. Our clinics function like a general urgent care, but specialize in muscular pains and injuries. We have on‑site X-ray, transparent pricing, and specialist medical staff who can actually treat patients on the first visit instead of just referring them out to wait weeks for a surgeons office. We are looking for someone to help run our social channels. You will help us create short‑form content that educates the community, builds awareness, and shows people where to go when they or someone they love gets hurt. We care a lot more about drive & creativity than resume.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Plan and publish 3 to 5 short‑form posts per week across IG, TK, YT, and FB (same post shared across each platform) To enable the posts, film and edit 20 to 40 second clips with our clinicians: education, myth vs. fact, injury tips, and how‑it‑works type content. We are open to your thoughts. Build a content calendar and work one week ahead. Create simple graphics in Canva from our brand kit. Write bilingual English and Spanish captions and CTAs. Respond to comments and DMs during business hours. Track weekly metrics (views, saves, profile visits, link clicks, follows) in a shared spreadsheet so we can see what is working. Note on patient content: Filming involving patients will require patient consent and privacy paperwork is in place. You will have clear guidance and support on this.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You make content people actually watch. You understand what performs on short‑form video and can show us examples. Comfortable filming on iPhone/smartphone and editing fast, engaging clips with a quick turnaround. Organized and reliable. You manage a calendar, approvals, and consent forms without dropping things. Reliability matters more to us than anything else. Professional and personable. You will be working alongside medical staff and patients who are often in pain or strong discomfort. Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred. Optional Bonus: experience with AI tools for animated or illustrative content (explainers, simple animations).

THE DETAILS

Part‑time contractor, roughly 1 to 3 days per week, in person in Miami for filming. Pay: $20 to $30 per hour depending on experience. If you work on a flat per‑project or monthly rate, tell us your number and what it includes. Initial 90‑day engagement with a clear option to extend based on results. You will work directly with physicians, PAs, and clinical staff.
