When homeowners are dealing with roof concerns, storm damage, insurance questions, or uncertainty about what comes next, they need someone who can step in with confidence, warmth, clarity, and urgency. Someone who understands the inspection and insurance process, explains it in plain language, documents what matters, and helps people move forward with confidence instead of confusion. * Not someone pushy. * Not someone scripted. * Not someone who disappears after the first conversation. Someone who knows trust is earned in the conversation, protected in the details, and proven in the follow-through. Because it probably was. ~ Why This Role Matters Homeowners don't always know what to do when they see roof damage or have concerns after severe weather. They may not know whether the issue is serious. They may not understand how inspections work. They may be unsure about insurance, timelines, documentation, or who to trust. That first conversation matters. You'll listen, educate, explain the process clearly, and help homeowners understand their next step. This is field-based, trust-driven sales where your energy matters, your words matter, and your follow-through matters. The right person can be warm with homeowners and urgent with action. That balance is everything. ~ What You'll Own You'll spend much of your time in the field, building your territory across the Tulsa area through homeowner conversations, referral relationships, neighborhood presence, and timely follow-up when roof concerns or weather activity create a legitimate need. You'll initiate conversations, schedule inspections, explain the inspection and restoration process, plan your routes, manage your activity, follow up on open opportunities, and keep your pipeline moving. This isn't a role where someone should have to chase you to take action. The right person sees opportunity, builds trust, and moves. You'll be responsible for: * Homeowner outreach where roof concerns, visible damage, referrals, or weather activity create a legitimate need. * Conversations at the door, on the phone, and in follow-up * Inspection scheduling and homeowner communication * Route planning and daily territory activity * Open claims, pending decisions, and active opportunities * CRM notes, photos, scope details, homeowner expectations, and next steps * Coordination with estimators and project managers * Referral relationships with homeowners, property managers, investors, small commercial owners, and community contacts. The details matter, but this isn't an administrative job. You'll capture the right information because clean details protect the homeowner, the schedule, the team, and the promise you made in the field. A great sale that creates confusion for operations isn't a great sale. ~ What Winning Looks Like Winning here means you're active in the right neighborhoods, starting meaningful conversations, scheduling inspections, following up with discipline, and helping homeowners make confident decisions. You stay urgent with action. You take pride in your promises. ~ What You'll Need You'll need strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and comfort working throughout the Tulsa metro area. You'll need to be comfortable initiating conversations with homeowners in the field, including door-to-door outreach when the situation calls for it. You'll also need: The discipline to manage your schedule, routes, follow-up, activity, and priorities without waiting to be pushed The ability to learn quickly and apply what you learn in live homeowner conversations Comfort explaining roofing, restoration, insurance basics, documentation needs, financing options, and next steps in simple terms Practical attention to detail with notes, photos, scope, homeowner expectations, and CRM updates Resilience when homeowners are hesitant, unavailable, skeptical, distracted, or unsure Availability when homeowners are available, including selected evenings or Saturdays during active seasons Legal authorization to work in the United States You don't need to know everything on day one. You do need to be curious, coachable, active, and willing to apply what you learn quickly. Experience in roofing, storm restoration, construction, insurance, canvassing, field sales, consultative sales, or community outreach is helpful. But the bigger question is whether this role fits how you're wired. ~ What You Can Expect From Us We won't leave you guessing. We'll train you on the process, show you what good looks like, and give you clear expectations for field activity, homeowner communication, inspection scheduling, follow-up, documentation, and CRM use. You'll have structure, coaching, and clear standards for how the work gets done. You'll also have room to bring your own energy, personality, urgency, and ownership to the work. This isn't a role where we hand you a script and ask you to become someone else. It's also not a role where we throw you into the field and hope you figure it out. We'll provide the system. You'll bring the initiative. We'll measure what matters: * Meaningful homeowner conversations * Inspections scheduled * Contracts signed * Satisfied homeowners * Accurate documentation * Reliable follow-through * Referrals earned We'll give direct feedback, make timely decisions, and help you keep improving. We care about results, but we care just as much about how those results are earned. ~ Compensation: Built for a Producer This isn't a traditional salary-first sales role. It's a producer role for someone who wants effort, activity, follow-through, and results to show up directly in their income. The position includes a $15,000 base salary plus an aggressive, tiered commission plan. The base provides a floor. The commission plan is where the opportunity is. As your production grows during the plan year, your commission rate increases through the tiers, with the strongest producers moving into the most aggressive payout levels. During your first 12 months, you may also be eligible for performance bonuses based on collected revenue: * $1,000,000 collected revenue: $8,000 bonus * $2,000,000 collected revenue: $20,000 bonus Commissions are paid on revenue collected by the company after the customer has signed an approved contract, required documentation is complete, and payment has been received. That detail matters because strong sales here are not just about getting someone to say yes. Strong sales require clear expectations, complete documentation, timely follow-up, and a clean handoff to the team.
