As a Veterinary Receptionist, you'll enjoy a location nestled in the scenic landscapes of Bee Cave, TX that's only 20 minutes from Austin, TX. Our flexible scheduling options allow you to choose between an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week, or a 10-hour shift, 4 days a week. With a competitive pay rate ranging from $16 to $20 per hour , based on your experience and skills, you'll be fairly compensated for your valuable contributions.

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you are the friendly face and voice that welcomes clients and their beloved pets. You handle incoming calls, emails, and texts with the utmost professionalism, providing accurate information and assisting clients in scheduling medical and surgical appointments. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing client communications while maintaining composure during occasional emergent situations. With your bright and friendly demeanor, you ensure that the reception area is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, creating a positive experience for our clients and patients.

- Experience as a receptionist, preferably in a veterinary office
- 1 year of experience working in a Veterinary clinic
