Our mission is to deliver expert craftsmanship with integrity and professionalism. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team. Position Summary We are hiring a full-time (see description further for hours) Remodeler/Carpenter for on-site work at our St. Louis, MO locations. The position offers 30-40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM (specific days and hours may vary). Weekends may be picked up when available, if interested. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of remodeling and construction tasks including carpentry, framing, finish carpentry, and the use of hand and power tools. Additional dutiesinvolve drywall, siding, concrete work, and other related projects. Hands-on training will be provided for new or less experienced team members. Qualifications • Proficient measurement skills • Experience with both hand tools and power tools • Finish carpentry experience preferred • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans preferred • Strong attention to detail • Physical stamina and strength • Excellent problem-solving skills • Self-motivated and dependable • Versatility in areas such as drywall, siding, and concrete is a plus • Reliable transportation is required Compensation & Benefits • Competitive pay based on experience • Annual performance-based pay increases • This position is currently not benefits-eligible This is a non-union position This is a W-2 position
