We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to work in a Rural Health Clinic in Southern Colorado. The Provider would work Mon-Fri (8:30am-5:00pm) with the possibility of working 4X10 hour shifts. The patient mix consists of a high Medicaid and Indigent Care population ranging from Pediatrics through Geriatrics with patients presenting with routine, chronic and acute | non emergent medical conditions. The Provider would work in collaboration with other Providers and Physician support during clinic hours. Excellent opportunity for new | recent graduates to grow their skills. The Base salary range is $100,000-$115,000+ (Depending Upon Experience) with incentives, loan repayment program through up to $50,000. Expected patient load : 18-20 patients in clinic per day Radiology services - 128-slice CT scanner, 1.5 Tesla MRI, onsite radiology 4 days per week, 24|7 remote tele-radiology services, limited interventional radiology available EMR - McKesson Health Insurance: The hospital offers two plans that provide medical and prescription benefits for all full-time employees and their dependents. Paid Time Off Paid time off ("PTO") is available to Provider employees to use for vacation, sick days, personal time, holidays, CME, and any other reason for which they require time away from work.
